Hello movie and TV lovers in hive, today I bring you my opinion about this series which I just finished a little while ago and I loved it not only because it features one of my favorite actors of the moment but because it generated my interest and desire to know more about the Star Wars universe. Vamos a hablar primero del cast de esta serie, el cual es bastante extenso alrededor de las tres temporadas que tiene pero de nuestros personajes principales tenemos a: Pedro Pascal como nuestro protagonista Din Djarin o mejor conocido como el mandaloriano quien es un cazarrecompensas mandaloriano lleno de muchas habilidades de combate, tenemos a Grogu el cual es interpretado por varios titiriteros a lo largo de la serie, el que se creía que era un "baby yoda" pero que más adelante veremos qué es un personaje distinto, la actriz Kate Sackhoff interpretando a Bo-Katan Kryze una legendaria guerrera prodigio mandaloriana quien está liderando un grupo de mandalorianos y buscando tener un título superior. Carl Weathers como Greef Karga un exmagistrado y líder de un grupo de cazarrecompensas a los cuales asigna trabajos. Amy Sedaris en el papel de Peli Motto, una asistente y mecánica de naves quien en múltiples ocasiones ayuda a el mandaloriano. Giancarlo Esposito interpretando a Moff Gideon un despiadado exoficial de la Fuerza de Seguridad Imperial y actual líder de la nueva reagrupación del Antiguo Imperio. Emily Swallow en el papel de la armera, una antigua líder de una tribu mandaloriana y que además se encarga de forjar armaduras y equipamiento con acero Beskar para los mismos mandalorianos. Entre algunos de los otros actores que participaron a lo largo de las tres temporadas tenemos a: Julia Jones, Werner Herzog, Omid Abtahi, Taika Waititi (dándole voz a un personaje), Gina Carano, Ming-Na Wen, participaciones especiales como la del actor Jack Black y la cantante Lizzo, Temuera Morrison interpretando al personaje de Boba Fett.
Con este gran cast podemos ir disfrutando de diferentes personajes y diferentes personalidades a través de las tres temporadas, pero sin duda quienes se van a ganar nuestro corazón son el mandaloriano y el niño, grogu.

With this great cast we can enjoy different characters and different personalities throughout the three seasons, but undoubtedly those who will win our hearts are the Mandalorian and the child, Grogu.
Ésta serie de televisión transmitida en las plataformas de streaming Disney + estadounidense de genero aventura espacial y wéstern espacial se estrenó el 12 de noviembre del 2019 y cuenta con el guión de Jon Favreau y con la dirección de Dave Finoli, Taika Waititi, Rick Famuyiwa, entre otros más, cuenta con tres temporadas de 8 episodios cada una y estos varían desde 30 a 50 minutos de duración. Cada capítulo podemos ir conociendo más a este personaje, su historia y su propósito al aceptar está extraña misión de recoger a un niño y entregarlo sano y salvo, lo que no sabía el mandaloriano es la cantidad de aventuras en las que ambos se adentrarian, recordando el pasado, viendo viejos amigos y enfrentando a múltiples villanos en su camino. La serie tiene un salto de conexión con la otra serie llamada The Book Of Boba Fett la cual no es completamente necesaria para completar las tres temporadas pero le da sentido a los eventos que ocurren en la tercera temporada de The Mandalorian.

Hablemos un poco sobre la trama de esta serie y más o menos de lo que va, nos colocamos en los zapatos de un cazarrecompensas mandaloriano el cual en sus últimos días está de trabajo en trabajo cumpliendo pequeños requisitos como capturar presas debido a que su raza a sido completamente desterrada de su planeta natal y viven en las sombras, ayudar a destruir monstruos, entre otras cosas hasta que el jefe que le asignaba estos trabajos le trae uno de una muy buena paga, mando un poco dudoso pero pensando en que podría por fin terminar las reparaciones con su nave y su armadura mandaloriana acepta sin saber que el expósito al que tendrá que capturar es un niño de una raza extraña el cual debe ser entregado a un líder que trabaja bajo las sombras, a medida que se van conociendo y van viviendo experiencias se va haciendo difícil para mando el entregar al niño, sin embargo lo hace pero luego descubre las terribles intenciones de éste líder. A medida que van pasando los capítulos podemos ir viendo el estilo "viejo oeste" espacial, lleno de acción y grandes amigos en el camino así como enemigos llenos de poder y ambición.

Me aventure a verme está serie ya que desde hace algún tiempo había tenido mucha curiosidad por la historia de Star Wars y aunque sé que tiene mucha información y mucha historia no sabía por dónde empezar, incluso llegué a descargarme las primeras películas pero aún no las veo del todo, sin embargo esta serie me incentivo a verla ya que no era del todo la historia concreta del universo de Star wars principal sino era sobre un personaje en específico además quería ver la actuación de Pedro Pascal ya que ésta fue alabada por el público. Iniciarla fue una verdadera travesía llena de muchísimas aventuras y acción por todos lados pero sin duda fue una gran decisión ya que me enamore del personaje, de las historias, de aquellos escenarios fantásticos y de los increíbles splash arts que salen al final de cada episodio pero sobretodo de la química entre mando y grogu, viendo poco a poco como mando le va agarrando confianza y amor al pequeño niño verde. Por supuesto si conociera un poco más sobre la historia de Star wars la serie se me haría mucho más fácil de ver pero esa es la cuestión, la serie es fácil de ver y la información que no comprendes te la explican de inmediato, siento que esto hizo que creciera mis ganas de conocer más sobre Star wars.
I ventured to watch this series because for some time I had been very curious about the history of Star Wars and although I know it has a lot of information and a lot of history I did not know where to start, I even downloaded the first movies but I still do not see them at all, however this series encouraged me to watch it because it was not quite the concrete history of the main Star Wars universe but it was about a specific character and I wanted to see the performance of Pedro Pascal since it was praised by the public. Starting it was a real journey full of lots of adventures and action all over the place but without a doubt it was a great decision since I fell in love with the character, the stories, those fantastic scenarios and the incredible splash arts that come out at the end of each episode but above all the chemistry between command and grogu, seeing little by little how command is gaining confidence and love to the little green boy. Of course if I knew a little more about the history of Star wars the series would be much easier to watch but that's the point, the series is easy to watch and the information that you don't understand is explained to you immediately, I feel that this made me want to know more about Star wars.
Una de las temporadas más emotivas y que más me gustaron, aunque me encantaron todas, fueron la segunda y tercera temporada que sin duda podemos ver como la relación que nace de grogu y mando es sin duda súper tierna y hermosa. La segunda temporada podría ser la más emotiva debido a que en ella mando decide dejar ir a grogu pero sin despedirse antes, quitándose el casco para que éste pudiera ver por fin su rostro, esto en la tribu mandaloriana en la que pertenece es una falta de respeto y por ende termina siendo desterrado del culto y ya no es un mandaloriano, esto nos da un pequeño espacio para conocer más a uno de sus aliados,Boba Fett, en la serie The Book Of Boba Fett en dónde tenemos tres episodios donde vemos de nuevo a nuestro mandaloriano favorito y el regreso de grogu luego de estar entrenando con los Jedi. En mi opinión es una serie completamente cautivadora y innovadora, he leído un poco sobre las opiniones de los fans de Star wars y concuerdan en que la serie catapultó de nuevo el increíble universo de Star Wars.
One of the most emotional seasons and that I liked the most, although I loved them all, were the second and third seasons that without a doubt we can see how the relationship between grogu and mando is undoubtedly super tender and beautiful. In my opinion it is a completely captivating and innovative series, I have read a little about the opinions of Star Wars fans and they agree that the series catapulted the incredible Star Wars universe once again.
Otra cosa súper especial de la serie de The Mandalorian es la cantidad de personajes de la historia de Star wars que salen en ella, incluso yo que no conozco tanto me emocioné a ver personajes de las películas viejas, creo que esta fue una de las razones por las cuales muchos fans de Star wars volvieron como a unirse con esta serie además de que logro reunir y llevar a cabo exitosamente el estilo de vaquero solitario del viejo oeste, mostrando muchos personajes con este estilo y su forma de resolver sus propios conflictos. La trama es fluida, los episodios no se sienten pesados ni con exceso de relleno y cada personaje tiene un propósito específico para situaciones del futuro, además creo que la serie es una gran oportunidad para los ajenos a todo el universo de Star wars ya que no necesitas todo ese conocimiento para disfrutarla.
Another super special thing about The Mandalorian series is the amount of characters from Star wars history that appear in it, even I who don't know so much got excited to see characters from the old movies, I think this was one of the reasons why many Star wars fans came back to kind of bond with this series plus it managed to successfully bring together and carry out the lone cowboy style of the old west, showing many characters with this style and their way of solving their own conflicts. The plot is fluid, the episodes don't feel heavy or over filled and each character has a specific purpose for situations in the future, plus I think the series is a great opportunity for those outside of the whole Star wars universe as you don't need all that knowledge to enjoy it.
La escenografía y el buen uso de efectos especiales le dió otro punto positivo a esta serie, podemos ver diferentes ambientes alrededor de las tres temporadas, desde playas, desiertos, lugares llenos de avanzada y moderna tecnología, así como también el increíble trabajo de la parte del maquillaje ya que si conocemos un poco sobre estos personajes tan peculiares del mundo de Star Wars es que podemos ver de todo tipo de personajes, desde aliens y monstruos completamente extraños pero que tuvieron un increíble resultado en el proceso del maquillaje. Así como hablamos del increíble trabajo de parte de los maquillistas también destacaré el trabajo de las personas que se encargaron de animar a grogu ya que lo hicieron ver lleno de vida y no como un muñeco con poca movilidad además terminó viéndose completamente tierno y adorable haciendo lo que sea que esté haciendo, incluso si eso implica verlo a él robando comida jajaja
The scenography and the good use of special effects gave another positive point to this series, we can see different environments around the three seasons, from beaches, deserts, places full of advanced and modern technology, as well as the incredible work of the makeup part because if we know a little about these characters so peculiar to the world of Star Wars is that we can see all kinds of characters, from aliens and monsters completely strange but that had an incredible result in the process of makeup. Just as we talk about the incredible work of the makeup artists I will also highlight the work of the people who were in charge of animating grogu as they made him look full of life and not like a doll with little mobility also ended up looking completely cute and adorable doing whatever he is doing, even if that involves seeing him stealing food hahaha.
Recomiendo esta serie por si buscan una serie llena de acción y aventuras además de sus increíbles actuaciones y ser al cien por ciento ciencia ficción. Disfrute un montón viendola y creo que el objetivo de lograr conectar con personas que no tuvieran conocimientos sobre Star Wars se cumplió ya que ahora más que nunca tengo muchísimas ganas de comenzar a comprender más sobre toda la historia de Star wars y sus personajes tan peculiares y asombrosos.
I highly recommend this series if you are looking for a series full of action and adventure in addition to its incredible performances and being one hundred percent science fiction. I enjoyed watching it a lot and I think the goal of connecting with people who had no knowledge about Star Wars was fulfilled because now more than ever I really want to start to understand more about the history of Star Wars and its peculiar and amazing characters.
