Welcome dear internet travelers who love spirits and thank you very much for making a temporary stop in my post, today I bring you a different review since I had never seen an animation from China which makes this meeting more special, the film that brings us together today is "The Legend of Hei" that poses a world inhabited by spirits and humans which enjoys a delicate balance that it will be in danger when someone tries to annihilate a large part of the other species. Without more to add, get ready to do spiritual things because we are about to begin.
Bienvenidos queridos viajeros del internet amantes de los espíritus y muchas gracias por hacer una parada temporal en mi post, el día de hoy les traigo una reseña diferente puesto que nunca había visto una animación procedente de china lo que hace que este encuentro sea más especial, la cinta que hoy nos reúne es “The Legend of Hei” que plantea un mundo habitado por espíritus y humanos el cual goza de un delicado equilibrio que estará en peligro cuando alguien intente aniquilar una gran parte de la otra especie. Sin más que agregar prepárense para hacer cosas espirituales pues estamos por comenzar.
The Legend of Hei was released in 2019, directed by MTJJ and produced by Fangbing Cong and Wenzhuo Ma, has a duration of 1 hour and 41 minutes. The story focuses on Hei a demonic cat who has lived happily in a forest until at some point the humans destroyed him and he became homeless, all this led him to have a complicated life wandering the streets of the city. At some point he will meet other spirits like him and that is where his adventure will begin.
The Legend of Hei fue estrenada en 2019, dirigida por MTJJ y producida por Fangbing Cong y Wenzhuo Ma, posee una duración de 1 hora y 41 minutos. La historia se centra en Hei un gato demoniaco que ha vivido felizmente en un bosque hasta que llegado un punto los humanos lo destruyeron y este se queda sin hogar, todo esto lo llevo a tener una vida complicada vagando por las calles de la ciudad. Llegado un punto conocerá a otros espíritus como él y es donde su aventura comenzará.

Undoubtedly, the soundtrack is wonderful since it transmits that Asian air from which the film is loaded, thus generating that oriental atmosphere that is so present in the film at all times.
Sin lugar a dudas la banda sonora es maravillosa puesto que transmite ese aire asiático del cual se encuentra cargada la película, generando así ese ambiente oriental que tan presente se encuentra en la cinta en todo momento.
The animation is extremely beautiful, although the drawing may seem simple the truth of the case is that it is full of various details that give the various scenarios a fantastic beauty, although this can be seen somewhat static in some moments it manages to be quite fluid and wonderful when the different confrontations and moments of action happen.
La animación es sumamente hermosa, si bien el dibujo puede parecer simple lo cierto del caso es que se encuentra plagado de diversos detalles que dotan a los diversos escenarios de una belleza fantástica, si bien esta puede verse algo estática en algunos momentos logra ser bastante fluida y maravillosa cuando suceden los diferentes enfrentamientos y momentos de acción.
The construction of the world is completely excellent since from the beginning it is made clear in a subtle way the peculiarities that this world presents, generating in a good way a fantastic context presenting various creatures and magical places thus posing a simply wonderful environment.
La construcción de mundo es completamente excelente puesto que desde el vamos se deja claro de forma sutil las peculiaridades que presenta este mundo, generando de buena forma un contexto fantástico presentando a diversas criaturas y lugares mágicos planteando así un ambiente simplemente maravilloso.
The plot is quite complete having moments of action and comedy which are worked in an excellent way, the film from the beginning does not have a clear direction since it is unveiled as it progresses noticing a quite remarkable progression; the above is demonstrated by the fact that it does not stop to give a detailed explanation, details are given about things but it is not sought to clarify absolutely everything. As for the combats I can only say that some are extremely epic and exciting, while others are more comical than anything else thus denoting what the really important battles are. It does not pose a complex or extremely serious plot although it is moderately deep enough to require attention and reasoning to understand some of the plot twists it raises.
La trama es bastante completa teniendo momentos de acción y comedia las cuales son trabajadas de excelente manera, la cinta desde el principio no tiene un rumbo claro puesto que el mismo se va develando conforme esta avanza notándose una progresión bastante destacable; lo anterior se demuestra con el hecho de que no se detiene para dar una explicación detallada, se van dando detalles sobre las cosas pero no se busca dar aclaración de absolutamente todo. En cuanto a los combates solo puedo decir que algunos son sumamente épicos y emocionantes, mientras otros son más cómicos que otra cosa denotando así cuáles son las batallas realmente importantes. No se plantea una trama compleja ni sumamente seria aunque si es medianamente profunda como para requerir atención y razonamiento para lograr comprender algunos de los giros argumentales que plantea.
The characters do not have a really remarkable characterization but they are not empty shells without personality; they are decent and this is the best way to describe them since although they are not developed or deepened, the message they convey is understandable and can understand the position that both the villains and the protagonists have. I have to highlight the fact that from good to first it is unknown who the bad guy is because the subject is quite ambiguous until late in the plot which allows the viewer to speculate about it and be waiting for who will turn out to be the villain to defeat.
Los personajes no poseen una caracterización realmente destacable pero tampoco son cascarones vacíos sin personalidad; son decentes y esta es la mejor forma de describirlos puesto que pese a que no estén desarrollados ni profundizados el mensaje que transmiten es entendible pudiendo comprender la postura que poseen tanto los villanos como los protagonistas. He de destacar el hecho de que de buenas a primeras se desconozca quien es el tipo malo debido a que el tema es bastante ambiguo hasta avanzada la trama lo que permite que el espectador pueda especular al respecto y estar a la expectativa sobre quien resultara siendo el villano al cual derrotar.
The Legend of Hei is an entertaining and quite epic animation at times which takes its time to develop things to explore its world in an interesting way. All this makes it worthy of 4 stars out of 7, it is a quite remarkable film and has enough good points so that it can be enjoyed without any difficulty.
The Legend of Hei es una animación entretenida y bastante épica en algunos momentos la cual se toma su tiempo para desarrollar las cosas para ir explorando su mundo de forma interesante. Todo ello la hace merecedora de 4 estrellas de 7, es una cinta bastante destacable y que tiene bastantes puntos buenos como para que pueda ser disfrutada sin ninguna dificultad.
