I want to believe that Natasha has proven herself on the big screen on several occasions. The way she executed her role in Captain America setted her on the right path and ever since then, she has been Killing all her roles professionally.
I like the fact that she does her stunts nicely. I may be wrong but l've never heard of her using a stunt double. She does her thing and she is good in doing her thing.
Her lead role in Black Widow is a well deserved one. And, as expected, she nailed it.

Natasha is an amazing character (possibly, the best in the MCU team). In this movie, she slipts the spotlight with Yelena, but she has great action scenes.
Johansson certainly has stunt doubles for the most dangerous scenes, but she is a determined and competent actress.
