Hola a todos en Hive, en estos días estaba desmotivado en mi oficina de trabajo y unos de mis compañeros me recomendó ver una serie de televisión llamada Suits, al principio no estaba muy entusiasmado de ver la serie pero me dije nada tengo que perder así que empecé a verla, déjenme decirles que ha sido genial lo que he visto hasta los momentos.
Hello everyone at Hive, these days I was unmotivated at my work office and one of my colleagues recommended me to watch a TV series called Suits, at first I was not very excited to watch the series but I said to myself I have nothing to lose so I started watching it, let me tell you that it has been great what I have seen so far.
Esta serie trata diversos temas enmarcados en el mundo laboral competitivo, aspectos como la confianza, la lealtad y el descubrimiento de nuevas formas de enfoque para la solución de problemas. A pesar que en el inicio de la serie esta marejada de situaciones nace de hechos que van en contra de los valores de una organización, quiere dejar ver también la oportunidad de redención de la juventud que se encuentra perdida por la mala influencia de los factores sociales y socio económicos.
This series deals with various issues framed in the competitive world of work, aspects such as trust, loyalty and the discovery of new ways of approaching problem solving. Even though at the beginning of the series, this tidal wave of situations arises from events that go against the values of an organization, it also wants to show the opportunity for redemption of youth that is lost due to the bad influence of social and socioeconomic factors.
Nos encontraremos eventos positivos que muestran como un voto de confianza puede cambiar la vida de una persona, más si esta se encuentra por un camino errado, hay personas que realmente tienen la capacidad de llegar lejos pero que sin embargo por la falta de recursos o los medios para lograrlo se pierden y se encuentran atrapados.
We will find positive events that show how a vote of confidence can change a person's life, especially if they are on the wrong path, there are people who really have the ability to go far but nevertheless, due to lack of resources or the means to achieve it, they get lost and are trapped.
Es una serie que te pone a pensar tal como lo hacen sus personajes principales, las hipótesis, el análisis, descubrimiento y aplicación de estrategias son parte del desarrollo de la primera temporada de esta serie en donde también veremos los distintos tipos de conflictos y relaciones toxicas y de cómo manejarlas en el ámbito laboral.
It is a series that makes you think just as its main characters do, the hypotheses, analysis, discovery and application of strategies are part of the development of the first season of this series where we will also see the different types of conflicts and toxic relationships and how to handle them in the workplace.
De cierto modo esta serie me llevo a mis inicios en el mercado laboral, ver a ese joven con ganas de comerse al mundo, pro activo, asustado, inocente, benevolente y confiado, que con el tiempo se dio cuenta del complejo mundo que hay allá afuera, la competitividad incesante, la presión por resultados, la toma de decisiones, momentos fáciles y difíciles.
In a way this series took me back to my beginnings in the labor market, to see that young man eager to eat the world, pro-active, scared, innocent, benevolent and trusting, who eventually realized the complex world out there, the relentless competitiveness, the pressure for results, the decision making, easy and difficult moments.
Hay algo que en el esquema de la educación que no nos enseñan y es de ser nuestros propios jefes, siempre la metodología va enmarcada a que tienes que ser el mejor empleado para ascender y prosperar en una organización quizás obtener una jubilación, pero más allá de eso debería ser de cómo esas experiencia deben servirte para tu poder emprender e invertir en tus propias metas y liberarte del ser asalariado a ser generador de empleos.
There is something in the scheme of education that we are not taught and that is to be our own bosses, always the methodology is framed that you have to be the best employee to move up and prosper in an organization and maybe get a retirement, but beyond that should be how these experiences should serve you to be able to undertake and invest in your own goals and free yourself from being a salaried employee to be a generator of jobs.
Esta serie tiene hasta los momentos la particularidad de enseñarnos que no por estar en una firma de abogados se trata de estar en un juicio, sino también de procesos inversión entre abogados, proyectos, finanzas en fin cada uno se va labrando un esquema de crecimiento único e individual concatenado con el crecimiento de la empresa donde trabajan en una relación ganar – ganar.
This series has so far shown us that being in a law firm is not just about being in a trial, but also about investment processes between lawyers, projects, finances, in short, each one is carving out a unique and individual growth scheme linked to the growth of the company where they work in a win-win relationship.
Si me pidieran calificar esta primera temporada de Suits le daría un 9 de 10 sin dudarlo, y la recomendaría mucho. Espero que mi reseña de haya gustado y que los motive a ver y analizar esta serie de televisión que a mi parecer tiene mucho que enseñar.
