Una película clásica que me recuerda a muchos domingos en la mañana acostado en mi cama viendo películas, comiendo algo y disfrutando de las películas animadas, que fueron mis favoritas cuando era pequeño, con protagonistas que son muy cómicos y canciones que son muy pegajosas.

Dreamworks ha hecho grandes películas en animación 2D (muy al contrario que algunas en 3D), y está es un perfecto ejemplo de ello. La historia se hace interesante al hablar de los viajes al nuevo mundo por parte de los españoles, y más cuando agregas a un par de pillos, que hacen lo que sea para salirse con la suya.
Dreamworks has made great movies in 2D animation (quite the opposite of some in 3D), and this is a perfect example of it. Justamente hablando de lo anterior, la pareja de personajes principales Tulio y Miguel son comiquisimos y tienen un química increíble, además de contar con una gran cantidad de artimañas y jugarretas para salirse con la suya. Los demás personajes también tuvieron un gran desarrollo, Chel me pareció ideal para complementar al dúo de "malechores", el jefe Tanabok que cae demasiado bien y Altivo, el corcel, es hilarante y se ganará tu corazón rápidamente.

Ahora hablando de los villanos, Tzekal-Kan tuvo todo para ganar y gobernar El Dorado, demostró ser alguien muy poderosos al dominar la magia oscura, pero perdió de una forma muy tonta, quitándole relevancia y dejándolo como un personaje más. Hernán Cortés fue el otro villano, siendo más implacable, pero sin apenas tiempo en la pantalla.
Now speaking of the villains, Tzekal-Kan had everything to win and rule El Dorado, he proved to be someone very powerful by mastering dark magic, but he lost in a very silly way, taking away its relevance and leaving him as just another character. Hernán Cortés was the other villain, being more ruthless, but with hardly any screen time.
El guión y el desarrollo de la trama es muy sencillo y llega a ser predecible, aunque a pesar de ser una película para niños, el humor es bastante fresco y con algunas bromas en doble sentido, que ahora mayor las entiendo mucho mejor, jajaja. Otro cosa es como muchas cintas infantiles, te deja una valiosa lección y te deja con ganas de querer ser mejor.
The script and the development of the plot is very simple and it becomes predictable, although despite being a movie for children, the humor is quite fresh and with some jokes in two ways, that now I understand them much better, hahaha. Another thing is like many children's tapes, it leaves you a valuable lesson and leaves you wanting to want to be better.
La animación y el soundtrack son un regalo para los sentidos. La animación está muy bien hecha y cuenta con unos colores muy vivos, que meten más intensidad en la historia y el soundtrack es de los mejores que recuerdo, las canciones fueron escritas por el gran Elton John y canciones como "The Trail We Blaze" y "Some Days Out of The Blue" me fascinaron.
