Esta semana iniciamos con la semana 1 de la quinta edición de la liga de películas, y para esta semana el reto es: "la primera vez", recordar aquella película que vimos por primera vez en cines y para mí no es otra que Tarzán, el rey de la selva.
This week we start with week 1 of the fifth edition of the movie league, and for this week the challenge is: "the first time", remember that movie that we saw for the first time in cinemas and for me it is none other than Tarzan, King of the jungle.
Recuerdo cuando tenía 5 años y un tío nos compra la entrada a mi hermano, a dos primas y a mí para ver esta película. Mi tío falleció hace ya varios años y pues cada vez que veo esta película me recuerda mucho a él, y sobre todo está experiencia en el cine, pues era muy pequeño y no recuerdo mucho.
I remember when I was 5 years old and an uncle bought my brother, two cousins and me tickets to see this movie. My uncle passed away several years ago and well, every time I see this film it reminds me a lot of him, and above all this experience in the cinema, because I was very young and I don't remember much of him.
Sinopsis Oficial / Official Synopsis:
"La gorila Kala encuentra un niño huérfano en la jungla y lo adopta como su propio hijo a pesar de la oposición de Kerchak, el jefe de la manada. El joven Tarzán crecerá en la jungla desarrollando los instintos de los animales y aprendiendo a deslizarse por los árboles a una gran velocidad. El joven vive como un animal hasta que una expedición se adentra en la jungla y conoce a Jane, que le hará descubrir quién es realmente y cuál es el mundo al que pertenece."
"The gorilla Kala finds an orphaned boy in the jungle and adopts him as her own son despite opposition from Kerchak, the head of the pack. Young Tarzan will grow up in the jungle developing animal instincts and learning to glide through trees at great speed. The young man lives like an animal until an expedition ventures into the jungle and meets Jane, who will make him discover who he really is and what world he belongs to."
El éxito de esta película es contundente, con un Óscar a mejor canción original, múltiples precios, éxito en taquilla, recordada y amada por toda una generación y por sobre todo, es una de la mejores películas de animación de Disney, y eso de por sí solo ya es mucho mérito.
The success of this film is overwhelming, with an Oscar for best original song, multiple prices, box office success, remembered and loved by a whole generation and above all, it is one of the best Disney animated films, and that is why if only it is already a lot of merit.
Esta película cuenta con todo, una historia de amor que rompe fronteras, el amor familiar que puede traspasar hasta especies, la historia de una traición, el autodescubrimiento, no importa lo que seas tú hogar están donde te amen y muchas otras cosas, que con un historia simple, te envuelve y te transporta.
This film has everything, a love story that breaks boundaries, family love that can cross even species, the story of a betrayal, self-discovery, no matter what you are, your home is where they love you and many other things, that with a simple story, envelops you and transports you.
Lo único que veo malo en esta película es que no se ganó un puesto en el Olimpo del cine, si ves otras películas de Disney como el Rey león, es más famosa y sobresaliente. Si me preguntan por una razón para esto, de verdad no tengo idea.
The only thing I see bad in this movie is that it did not earn a place in the Olympus of cinema, if you watch other Disney movies like the Lion King, it is more famous and outstanding. If you ask me for a reason for this, I really have no idea.
Hombre hecho animal, animal hecho hombre, uniendo mundo que ya parecen haberse separado por completo, demostrándonos que con un poco más de amor y respeto podemos dejar de ver diferencias y empezar a ver todo los que nos une.
Man made animal, animal made man, uniting world that already seem to have completely separated, showing us that with a little more love and respect we can stop seeing differences and begin to see everything that unites us.
Simplemente una obra maestra.
Simply a masterpiece.
