Cuando vi por primera vez las imágenes de este film, pensé que sería un proyecto con menos violencia, tratando de cambiar un poco con lo visto en las películas anteriores, pero estaba completamente equivocado. No sólo la violencia brilla (estoy agradecido por esto), sino que las tristezas y muertes siguen a la orden del día.
When I first saw the images of this film, I thought it would be a project with less violence, trying to change a bit from what was seen in the previous films, but I was completely wrong. Not only does violence shine (I am grateful for this), but sadness and deaths remain the order of the day.
En cuanto a la historia y el guión, no es de los mejores, pero tampoco es malo. Nos muestran a un Clark Kent joven e inexperto, quien apenas está descubriendo sus nuevos superpoderes, además de su conflicto interno entre ser el héroe que el mundo necesita y saber más de sus raíces alienígenas.
As for the story and the script, it is not the best, but it is not bad either. They show us a young and inexperienced Clark Kent, who is just discovering his new superpowers, as well as his internal conflict between being the hero the world needs and knowing more about his alien roots.
Lo malo de todo esto es que no vemos un avance o madurez en Superman, que como siempre, se muestra faltó de personalidad, perfecto, sin tentaciones ni errores. En cuanto a los villanos, también se descuidaron un poco aquí, sobre todo con Lex Luthor, pero si les soy sincero, ame a Lobo, pienso que fue lo mejor de la película, junto a su humor negro y ocurrencias.
The downside of all this is that we do not see progress or maturity in Superman, who as always, shows a lack of personality, perfect, without temptations or mistakes. As for the villains, they also got a little careless here, especially with Lex Luthor, but if I'm honest, I love Lobo, I think it was the best thing about the movie, along with his black humor and witticisms.
Como historia de inicio para el nuevo universo de animación de DC, cumple muy bien. En el desarrollo de la película vemos bastantes referencias a otros superhéroes, principalmente a Batman. Apenas estamos en el nuevo inicio de este universo, por lo que deberíamos apoyar este proyecto esperando para ver con que cosas nos sorprenden, porque en cuanto a películas de animación, DC sabe lo que hace.
As a starting story for the new DC animation universe, it delivers very well. In the development of the film we see quite a few references to other superheroes, mainly Batman. We are just in the new beginning of this universe, so we should support this project waiting to see what things surprise us with, because when it comes to animated films, DC knows what it does.
Como conclusión, es una película muy disfrutable, aunque como he dicho antes, soy un fanboy de DC comics, por lo que tal vez no deberían creerme tanto acá y atreverse a ver este nuevo film.
In conclusion, it is a very enjoyable movie, although as I said before, I am a DC comics fanboy, so maybe you should not believe me here so much and dare to see this new film.
