I just finished watching the series. Produced by Netflix (2017-2019).
The events take place in the Canadian countryside in the late nineteenth century. The series deals with the story of an orphan girl named (Anne Shirley), who lived in an orphanage, and then moved to live with an elderly brother and sister after they accidentally adopted her. Anne faces rejection at first, but manages to convince Marella to let her stay to help them farm, and Anne later becomes the new Cuthbert.
Anne goes to the village school in order to learn, she loves reading and science, and has a wide imagination. She rejects injustice and always helps others. Anne is bullied by students because of her looks and being an orphan, but Ann does not give up.
The series dealt with many important issues, bullying, racism, tendencies, and the conflict between underdevelopment and the desire for development and urbanization.

The acting performance of most of the characters in this show is also good. Direction and dialogue as well.
For me, it's one of the best TV shows I've ever seen. I would advise others to watch it and enjoy the beautiful story and the beautiful landscapes.
