This comedy film perhaps resembles the reality of other movie plots, where as I described above, an adult and mature man of mature age, but immature in his personality has lived a very unbridled life since its inception without measuring the consequences of his actions and that is where lies the importance of the appearance of Aline, who helps to focus and mature Pedro, a self-centered man, who is only interested in their welfare, without thinking about the consequences of their uncontrolled actions.

THE BAD: Well, there are a couple of aspects that did not seem right to me, the first is that I see in several Disney movies where the mother is the enemy of the protagonist, and it is not by exception, we were introduced to a lady. Hostile Ming, invader of privacy, obsessive, overprotective that in the end ends up becoming a giant monster, because I don't like that it can be understood as a message of rebellion from the children of the priests, at first Mei's mother had tried to help and was worried about her son because she didn't know he was succeeding; There are parents with these characteristics and worse, but I was a little worried about what could happen to teenagers who see the story that by itself goes through a stage where they feel misunderstood. another is that I think that at the end where mei fights with her mom she clearly tries to show herself as what she is, since her mom thought she was a good baby, but mei twerks on her face, and I saw it uncomfortable, maybe there I identified myself as a priest who reproves that behavior in his girl. And finally, I saw badly that Mei is a scene where her mother can see that she is the person who loves her son the most, if it is clear that Mei loves her friends more than her own mother, I saw it badly, because of me perspective, I believe that above all things the love of priests must be great, friends come and go, sometimes they pay you poorly, but one's mother is always there, I don't think this is a good example to follow by many teenagers. But in the end, in short, the movie is great despite these three details that I mentioned.

Anthony Hopkins, as always masterful in his interpretation of obsessive man, with a unique coldness that at the same time emanates irony, contempt, an almost robotic control of emotions and conflicts that overflow him. The dialogues, short but full of intensity, let us see, behind the enigmatic words, the hidden beast that inhabits him. When I see a film of this type, I always wonder if there are people like this and, if there are, I am glad I have never met one.
