My graduation in cinema was in September 21. I couldn’t imagined that it would be in person considering the gravity of the covid-19 in Brazil, my country. But it happened with all the healthy care and I had the honour of being the speaker of this amazing night. And this was the text that I made:

Vampires, a theme used from time to time in horror series or movies, have become a bit more "viral" at the moment. A couple of very recent series have incorporated them, and both have generally achieved some success and good reviews, perhaps one more than the other.

The truth is that we chose the movie without any prior knowledge of what it was about, we only knew about its genre and that it was having diverse opinions, personally I only knew about it from some twitter memes, and who would be its protagonists. So, without expecting much, we sat as comfortable as possible and ended up having the best 2 hours of our Saturday afternoon. The three of us agreed that watching the movie with no expectations of anything had been the best decision.

I finished watching THE HAUNTING of HILL HOUSE last weekend and I just love it! Somehow, I don't regret watching it later than Bly Manor because this series was indeed in another level. I mean, I did enjoy watching The Haunting of Bly Manor, but I enjoyed this series much more than I expected.
