Miniseries Review Fool Me Once // Engaños

My personal opinion is that despite being my favorite genre, it had many branches that led you and if you weren’t attentive you could get lost, because there were so many things that in the end you might think that one thing had to do with the other. What’s more, I had a doubt about the events of the past that although the discoveries can give you an explanation for the behavior of some people, it does not tell you that it has to do with current events.

An unhappy family: The Fall of the House of Usher| Review

All those little details, that make the series a little entertaining, and I say a little, because the truth, to be honest, it didn't impact me much, I expected a little more, I got carried away by the trailer, and by some reviews, but well, as they say over there, it's a matter of taste and style.

Películas animadas favoritas - Favorite animated movies🎥

I recently began to take into account this type of productions, years ago we saw works of art in animation, I do not think that the current animated films have not carried a great message, but if there have been many disappointments mostly by the great Disney company that has wanted to focus attention on inclusion in terms of issues of sexual preference (homosexuality), issues of racism bringing unique characters from the past and changing them completely in a fairly explicit way and not all of us find it necessary to include that in movies for children, but that's another topic.

RESEÑA- Hotel Transylvania 1 Y 2, LA PELICULA FAVORITA DE MIS HIJOS DEL MOMENTO

This animated movie from Sony Pictures Animation introduces us to Dracula, an overprotective father who decides to create a monster haven in Transylvania, away from humans. The plot thickens when his daughter Mavis falls in love with Jonathan, a young human who arrives at the hotel by mistake. This story is full of charismatic characters, funny, and although it reflects the fear that a father has in letting his daughter fly abroad, overprotecting her is just an image of all parents who only want the best for our children and would never want anything bad to happen to her, I have identified with Dracula because sometimes I am also overprotective but we loved this movie too much.

Miller's Girl - Movie Review!

And mind you, I'm not saying the last thing because it's bad or a disaster but because it's simply not for me, I felt cheated when I realized what the movie was really about: it's a mixture of any romantic drama with a bit of "Fifty Shades of Grey". And the thing is that Miller as I told you is a writer but his genre is erotic literature so many of the things that happen here is with that situation present, to the point that there are very complicated and uncomfortable scenes to watch. I think that for someone who is a fan of this kind of stories I'm sure they would enjoy watching how this relationship is woven and under what conditions.

One Life (2023): saving the human kind | salvando a la humanidad

In technical terms and cinematographic aspects, the film is one more. That is to say, it's one of many dramatic films that have been made about the Holocaust. It has the same tone, almost the same narrative that alternates the present with the past, melancholic string music for key moments, melodramatic scenes and a predictable and moving true story at the core of the film. Hopkins' performance is wonderfully moving, but the direction, the script, the soundtrack, don't stand out. They fulfill their function quite well, yes, and that is appreciated.

El Precio del Placer (Reseña) // The Price of Pleasure (Review)

The film is inspired by the book Girls from Dubai, by Piotr Krysiak, it has a duration of 135 minutes where you will not be able to take your eyes off the screen. In an entertaining movie with many explicit sex scenes. I really liked the performance of Emi's character, it felt real and sincere, especially when she wanted to turn her life around for love, but the consequences of prostitution make it impossible for her, in everyone's eyes she will always be a prostitute no matter how hard you try to change your life.

The Gentlemen (series): It's well produced but I think it is very long

You see, this concept was perfect for a 2-hour movie but in order to make it 8 hours+ long, they have to throw a lot of side-missions and other in-depth plot twists into the mix on a regular basis. While this is still a lot better than most of the series available to us, I find it a bit strange for a Guy Ritchie production to be this long. Each episode is already starting to feel a bit formulaic. They introduce some major barrier standing in the way of their overall objective at the beginning of the episode, then they spend 40 minutes achieving that objective. Then, once that objective is complete in whatever way was necessary, it is thrown out and not talked about again. Sure they might circle back to these characters at a later time but mostly each episode seems like its own movie to the point where the overall plot kind of starts to get lost in the fray.

MOVIE REVIEW: “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” (2023)

Technically well done, the special effects are an extremely positive point in the movie. The visual technology is sensational and this is responsible for creating great scenes, very creative and full of adrenaline. Everything is designed to be grand, and with frantic editing of scenes, as well as a sensational soundtrack (which, incidentally, translates the spirit of the movie very well... starting in a depressing way and ending in a very explosive way) and a palette of very beautiful colors. This sequence of successes is crucial for the movie to be seen as a product of excellent quality, and which went to great lengths to try to please everyone. A calculated and very well thought out arrangement.

Review ||❄️SOCIETY OF THE SNOW❄️|| Netflix suspense movie (2024)

With this film I was struck by several things, including the scenes, visually it was very striking, showing every detail and not to mention the performances of the protagonists or rather, the survivors, who proved to be the strongest and bravest in the face of such a journey and misfortune. With raw and real images, the whole story moved me a lot, a story that I did not know and the truth is that you get to empathize with each person, because only being in that situation we know what we are capable of doing to survive as most of them did.
