А тепер це не просто "позамейнстрімове" шоу "для своїх", а йде в кінотеатрах з повним дубляжем. Фішка в тому, що в Ізраїлі фільми йдуть без дубляжу, як правило, це мова оригіналу плюс титри. Виняток становлять мультфільми для немовлят і дітей, які ще не вміють читати або яким це важко дається.
Ізраїль - маленька, бідна (багато чого в культурі пробуксовує, оскільки все йде на оборону, хайтек, промисловість і т.д., а проблем - вище даху) і дуже самодостатня держава, і тому такі речі зі сфери фольклору і культури, як українська "Мавка", навіть з розрахунком на ізраїльських дітей, та ще й в повному дубляжі на великому екрані - явище не найпоширеніше.

The Ukrainian movie Mavka with full Hebrew dubbing is in Israeli cinemas. It has been in theaters for several months now. In Ukraine itself, due to many factors, this cartoon was treated with restraint, but abroad this work fulfills its role of soft power more than enough. Who among Israeli children has ever heard of Mavok, Lesya Ukrainka, Ukrainian folklore, or Ukraine itself as a separate state? And now it's not just a niche show for their own people, but is being shown in theaters with full dubbing. The trick is that in Israel, movies are shown without dubbing, usually in the original language plus subtitles. The only exceptions are cartoons for babies and children who do not yet know how to read or who find it difficult. Israel is a small, poor (much of its culture is stagnant, as everything goes to defense, hi-tech, industry, etc., and there are more problems than ever) and very self-sufficient state, and therefore such things from the sphere of folklore and culture as the Ukrainian Mavka, even with the expectation of Israeli children, and even in full dubbing on the big screen, are not the most common phenomenon.
