No es que me guste sufrir, jajaja, sino que aprecio la forma en la que los asiáticos narran historias, ya sea sobre amor, amistad, familia o la vida en general. Encuentro que su profundidad puede llevarme a sentirme muy conmovida con muchas de sus producciones. Más allá de la tristeza que puedan evocar, valoro el mensaje que intentan transmitir con cada película o serie. Siendo así, les comparto que en una ocasión, durante un corte de luz en mi casa, descubrí que tenía en mi teléfono descargada una película llamada "Your Eyes Tell". Me encantaría que revisaran mi reseña sobre esta hermosa aunque agridulce historia con un final que te hace pensar en el amor y el perdón.

It's not that I like to suffer, hahaha, but I appreciate the way Asians tell stories, whether it's about love, friendship, family or life in general. I find that their depth can lead me to feel very moved by many of their productions. Beyond the sadness they may evoke, I value the message they try to convey with each film or series. That being the case, I will share with you that on one occasion, during a power outage at my house, I discovered that I had a movie called "Your Eyes Tell" downloaded on my phone. I would love for you to check out my review of this beautiful yet bittersweet story with an ending that makes you think about love and forgiveness.
La historia narra la vida de Rui Shinozaki (interpretado por Ryusei Yokohama), un joven con un oscuro pasado como ex convicto que solía trabajar para una banda de delincuentes, de la cual ahora parece estar distanciado. "Your Eyes Tell" película dirigida por Takahiro Miki es un remake de "Always", una película surcoreana del año 2011 que ya había visto. Es muy probable que lo sea, ya que en otras ocasiones hemos presenciado historias similares en las que uno de los protagonistas tiene problemas de visión y se enamora, enfrentando diversas dificultades. En particular, Akuri y Rui tienen un pasado doloroso que los une, lo cual complica aún más la trama. En esta historia, me gustó mucho el personaje de Rui, un joven aparentemente fuerte pero profundamente herido por su pasado. It most likely is, as we have witnessed similar stories before in which one of the main characters is visually impaired and falls in love, facing various difficulties. In particular, Akuri and Rui have a painful past that brings them together, which further complicates the plot. In this story, I really liked the character of Rui, a seemingly strong young man but deeply wounded by his past. He ends up falling in love with Akuri's good heart, even though she can't see. It's amazing how he manages to reach deep into her heart. It's a difficult story though, as Rui bore some responsibility for the pain Akuri had to live through, something that marked her life and that of her family forever. It was very sad to discover this throughout the film.
Esta película no logró hacerme llorar, pero sin duda es extremadamente triste y sé que muchas personas se sentirán de la misma manera al verla. Es difícil no conectarse con las emociones de los protagonistas y la forma en que sus vidas fueron afectadas por el dolor de la pérdida. Este es un tema que los asiáticos suelen abordar en sus producciones y lo hacen de manera excepcional. Estaba preocupada de que tuviera un final desalentador, dado que suceden tantas cosas y te sientes completamente atrapado en la historia, lleno de incertidumbre. Sin embargo, al menos tuvo un final satisfactorio, aunque un poco empalagoso. Personalmente, no sé si hubiera podido perdonar ciertas cosas que fueron extremadamente difíciles para nuestra protagonista, Akuri. This movie didn't manage to make me cry, but it is certainly extremely sad and I know many people will feel the same way watching it. It is hard not to connect with the emotions of the main characters and how their lives were affected by the pain of loss. This is a theme that Asians often tackle in their productions and they do it exceptionally well. I was worried that it would have a discouraging ending, since so much happens and you feel completely caught up in the story, filled with uncertainty. However, at least it had a satisfying ending, albeit a bit cloying. Personally, I don't know if I could have forgiven certain things that were extremely difficult for our protagonist, Akuri. Still, in the movie they show that the love and compassion between the two were stronger and, in the end, they both managed to heal their wounds despite the suffering they went through. If you're looking for a sad but romance-filled movie, you might like this one, although you might end up crying a lot. 🥺
