I was disappointed by the resolution of the film; the beginning is crazy and it's the best, as well as many of the deaths that I liked as well as the design of the killer and even his motives, but his discovery and the whole final sequence was what I liked the least, but I'm still waiting for the sequel that I don't remember if it's confirmed.

The revelation of the killer is really disappointing and so is everything that follows it. The climax ends up being terrible.
Regarding the sequel, as far as I know, it has been confirmed, but nothing about the production process so far.
