Hello everyone! Back here again after a long time, maybe later I'll tell you why.
In this appointment that brings us together again today, I would like to comment on a movie, but not just any movie, one that honestly made me regret watching it. I have always shared with you very good films (in my opinion) but this time it will not be like that (SORRY, BUT NOT) because it is one of those movies that have a great story, good scenery, young and attractive actors but then, suddenly, the writer or the director goes crazy out of nowhere and changes the whole plot making a total fiasco, destroying that cute baby that could have been something huge.

En esta cita que nos vuelve a reunir hoy, me gustaría comentar sobre una película, pero no cualquiera, una que sinceramente me hizo lamentar el verla. Siempre les he compartido films muy buenos (a mi parecer) pero esta vez no será así (LO SIENTO, PERO NO) porque se trata de esas películas que tienen tremenda historia, buena escenografía, actores jóvenes y atractivos peeeero que, de repente, el escritor o el director se vuelve loco de la nada y cambia toda la trama haciendo un total fiasco, destruyendo a ese lindo bebé que quizás pudiese ser algo enorme.

This is Exorcist Experiment: Searching for the Demon (2016). A total shame, really, because when you see the trailers and synopsis it really catches your attention and when you finally decide to watch it, all excited... fail. To say that I wanted to turn off my pc because of how absurd the story became would be an understatement. I'm going to tell you a little of what it's about.

Una total lastima, de verdad, porque al ver los trailers y la sinopsis te llama mucho la atención y cuando por fin decides verla, toda emocionada… fracaso. Decir que quería apagar mi pc de lo absurda que se volvió la historia sería decir poco. Voy a contarles un poco de qué va.

It all starts with an exorcism that ended very badly but that emotionally looked very good because it hooked very fast and left asking for more. After many years, a guy has to do a final project for a theology class. Typical, they make our protagonist the bright boy but who always wants to do things extremely weird and against all norms; well out there, it makes the plot a bit hilarious. Our brilliant boy wants to do nothing more and nothing less than prove the existence of demons and for that, he joins the lazy boy of the class and a very pretty girl who studies medicine (you know that safety first) to investigate about the exorcism that I told you at the beginning. Throughout their investigation they get the address of the house where the event was carried out, they find a cursed object and the boy begins to be affected. So far, so good, except for some bland dialogue, but suddenly everything becomes more bizarre but stupid and unnecessary, one comes to think "well, maybe later it will get better" but the opposite happens, it becomes a kind of novel (with all and BAD acting) where the protagonist learns that he is adopted and that he was the son of the woman they were exorcising, he starts acting "possessed" (although in reality it looked like he was drunk) and thinks he's Freddy Krueger by sticking scalpels on his fingers and slaughtering anyone who crosses his path (I thought the scene was so stupid that I died laughing). By this time, his friend the slacker and his girlfriend the doctor (yes, in two days they fell madly in love) were looking for him, and when they finally find him, our demonic guy starts screaming like crazy and everyone knows that demons are silenced with a shot in the head. Well, from this point on there are more strange and nonsense things that I had to endure hoping that in the end it would turn out better, but it didn't... they go to the place where it all started and the ghost of the mother roams everywhere and wrecks havoc, someone who was supposed to help them to end the curse turned out to be part of a satanic sect that went to finish what he started but the demon boy finished him, 500 hours later (as a rare thing) the police arrived and finished the poor shiny boy and he became a ghost with his mother. The ending is the most beautiful thing, not because it's over, but because it's illogical: the protagonist's girlfriend turns out to be pregnant but not only that, but also the baby is a demon and suddenly (like everything in the movie), the house falls on top of her. Now it's over.
Todo comienza con un exorcismo que terminó muy mal pero que emocionalmente pintaba muy bien porque enganchó muy rápido y dejó pidiendo más. Luego de muchos años, un chico debe hacer un proyecto final para una clase de Teología. Típico, hacen de nuestro protagonista el muchacho brillante pero que siempre quiere hacer cosas extremadamente raras y en contra de toda norma; bien por ahí, hace un poco hilarante la trama. Nuestro chico brillante quiere hacer nada más y nada menos que probar la existencia de demonios y para eso, se junta el flojo de la clase y una chica muy linda que estudia medicina (ya saben que la seguridad ante todo) para investigar sobre el exorcismo que les comenté al principio . A lo largo de su investigación consiguen la dirección de la casa donde fue llevado a cabo el evento, encuentran un objeto maldito y el chico se empieza a ver afectado. Hasta aquí, todo bien, exceptuando uno que otro dialogo soso, pero de repente todo se vuelve más bizarro pero estúpido e innecesario, una llega a pensar “bueno, quizás más adelante vuelva a mejorar” aunque sucede todo lo contrario, se torna una especie de novela (con todo y actuación MALA) en donde el protagonista se entera de que es adoptado y que era el hijo de la mujer que estaban exorcizando, empieza a actuar “endemoniado” (aunque en realidad parecía que estaba borracho) y se cree Freddy Krueger al pegarse bisturís en los dedos y masacra al quien se le cruce en el camino (me pareció tan estúpida la escena que me morí de la risa). A todas estas, su amigo el flojo y su novia la médica (si, en dos días se enamoraron perdidamente) lo estaban buscando, y cuando por fin lo hallan, nuestro chico endemoniado comienza a gritar como loco y todo el mundo sabe que a los demonios se les calla con un batazo en la cabeza. Bueno, ya a partir de aquí siguen más cosas extrañas y sin sentido que tuve que soportar esperando que al final resultara mejor la cosa, pero tampoco fue así… van al sito donde todo comenzó y el fantasma de la madre ronda por todos lados y hace destrozos, alguien que se supone que los iba a ayudar para acabar con la maldición resultó ser parte de una secta satánica que fue a terminar lo que empezó pero el chico demonio lo terminó a él, 500 horas después (como cosa rara) llegó la policía y acaba con el pobre chico brillante y este se vuelve fantasma junto a su madre. El final es lo más hermoso, no porque haya terminado, sino porque es ilógico: la novia del protagonista resulta estar embarazada pero no solo eso, sino que también el bebé es un demonio y de repente (como todo en la película), se cae la casa encima de ella. Ahora sí, fin.

Right at that moment I understood why the ratings for this film don't go above 4.5, even though I got carried away with the trailer before watching it and my masochism while watching it, it's not a movie I would recommend, unless I know someone who likes this kind of very bad plots. At the beginning I commented that it was a pity because the story was really good, but they didn't know how to maintain or develop it; so this time I won't tell you as I always tell you at the end of every review, I will modify it: if you haven't seen it, don't do it and if you have already seen it, don't do it again, don't waste your time.
Justo en ese momento entendí por qué las calificaciones de este film no superan el 4.5, aunque me dejé llevar por el tráiler antes de verla y por mi masoquismo mientras la veía, no es una película que recomendaría, a menos que sepa que alguien le guste este tipo de tramas muy malas. Al principio les comentaba que era una lástima porque la historia realmente era buena, pero no la supieron mantener ni desarrollar; así que esta vez no les diré como siempre les digo al final de cada crítica, la modificaré: si no la han visto, no lo hagan y si ya la vieron, no lo vuelvan hacer, no pierdan su tiempo.

As a horror movie fan, I am enticed to see the movie after watching the trailer. But I don't want to waste time watching a film that is bad

Aunque yo veo muchas pelis de bajo presupuesto, esta con el poster y los actores, es una que de verdad no vería jamas jajaja. Ahora menos le daré una mirada. Se nota que esta muy mal hecha. XD
