I enjoyed the first few seasons, but then it became seriously boring and the main actor left and the replacement was crap. The story line never changed much and you could guess what was coming next.
I can see that. I suppose it depends on how invested in the characters you are. The main thing that I liked about the show was that in a "Scrubs" type of way they had a touching message mixed in with all the frustrations that come with working in a rather boring office - which is something I think that most people can relate to that have ever had a vanilla job like this.
I could never work in a normal office environment with strict rules because there is no fun. More actually gets accomplished if you allow your staff to have a sense of freedom to a point obviously.
