I've yet to be able to sit down and watch it past the first 5 minutes. The horn they play through that opening scene kills my ears for some reason and I've yet to give it another chance. Based on your review and the comments I think I need to give it a bit more effort.
That's kind of its intention though... the music unnerves you. But I can see why it'll be a bit much to take for some with sensitive ears. Do give it another shot, I'm sure you'll adapt to it.
