It was released in 2013, but I saw it for the first time in 2018. To tell the truth because the actor Eugenio Derbez is not one of my favorites, the cover did not call my attention, I imagined a Plush Family dad with the normal daughter hahahaha and that program has never liked me.

Esta película es una de las más vendidas en la taquilla, superando grandes números, buenos elencos y premios Oscar, el actor principal Eugenio Derbez (Valentín Bravo) de origen mexicano, es también director y co-escritor del guion de la película.
Se estrenó en 2013, pero yo la vi por primera vez en 2018. A decir verdad porque el actor Eugenio Derbez no es de mis favoritos, la portada no me llamó la atención, me imaginaba a un papá de Familia Peluche con la hija normalita jajajaja y ese programa nunca me ha gustado.

One day, bored and not knowing what to watch, I decided to watch this movie for the first time, and what a surprise. Despite its many criticisms, many stereotypes, many clichés, in my personal opinion, I liked it a lot. I am very emotional and at the same time I enjoy laughing.
For it is a film of drama and comedy, that outside of any sexual ideology, gives a great message of fatherhood, friendship and other examples that I will tell you about later. In this movie I don't get involved in the psychological side of the characters acting and doing the things they do in this film, on the contrary, I have fun and enjoy the flow of each scene to come.
A womanizing man who is not prepared for any kind of commitment, acquires the greatest of responsibilities when he is in charge of a daughter Maggie (Loreto Peralta) for whom he is not prepared.
Un día aburrida sin saber qué ver, fue como por primera vez me animé a ver esta película, y vaya que sorpresa. A pesar de sus muchas críticas, muchos estereotipos, muchos cliché, en mi opinión personal, me ha gustado mucho. Soy muy emocional y a la vez gozo reír.
Pues es una película de drama y comedia, que fuera de cualquier ideología sexual, da un gran mensaje de paternidad, amistad y otros ejemplos de los que les hablaré luego. En esta película no me involucro en lo psicológico de los personajes al actuar y hacer las cosas que hacen en dicho largometraje, al contrario, me divierto y disfruto la corriente de cada escena por venir.
Un hombre mujeriego y del que no está preparado para ningún tipo de compromiso, adquiere la mayor de las responsabilidades al tener a cargo por cosas del destino y madre sin el sentido de la maternidad, una hija llamada Maggie (Loreto Peralta) del cual no se encuentra preparado.

Por más que tratemos de devolverle a la vida algo que en su momento no queremos, siempre se termina quedando con uno mismo. Pero cuando aprendemos a vivir con aquello y lo volvemos parte de nuestra vida, es cuando el destino se empeña en quitarlo, la diferencia es que, ya no lo queremos entregar.
Julia (Jessica Lindsey) la madre de Maggie, regresa para reclamar su derecho de maternidad, no sólo bastando con eso, quiere quitarle a Valentin su hija. Recurren a procesos legales, hasta revelar grandes verdades que afectan la vida de Valentin y su pequeña Maggie.

The ending of this movie has made me cry every time I watch it, but the first time I saw it, I cried like a little girl. I always thought Valentin would end up like Maggie, that took me by surprise. Despite coming to hate Julia's character, this ending makes us love her, not only for what she does, but because sometimes giving up is the solution to many problems and gives a lot to say about humility and the value we have as people. ❤️
Es aquí, donde vemos que las peleas legales, los desacuerdos entre los padres, afectan mucho a la vida de los hijos. Notamos que como en la película, si al final llegan a un acuerdo y se unen por la felicidad de los hijos, todo se vuelve más armonioso, justo y bueno.
El final de esta película me ha hecho llorar cada vez que la veo, pero la primera vez que la vi, lloré como una niña. Siempre pensé que Valentín terminaría como Maggie, eso me tomó por sorpresa. A pesar de llegar a odiar al personaje de Julia, este final hace que la queramos, no sólo por lo que hace, sino porque a veces dar su brazo a torcer, es la solución a muchos problemas y da mucho que decir sobre la humildad y el valor que tenemos como personas. ❤️

El film se ve divertido y que tiene un gran mensaje, he estado a punto de verlo en varias ocasiones, pero siempre la dejo a un lado porque hay otras de géneros que si son mis favoritos, pero me gusta apoyar el cine latinoamericano, se que en algún momento la terminare viendo, así sea en una transmisión por televisión.
Así la vi, también la deje pasar mucho porque no llamaba mi atención, pero me ha gustado. Ahorita hay demasiadas películas buenas, no creo que tengas chance jajaja, pero espero puedas lograr verla. Saludos @jcrodriguez ❤️
