Bueno ya sabemos que Elite tendrá una nueva temporada muy pronto, y seguramente muchas personas no tienen el deseo de verlo luego de lo amargo de sus últimas dos temporadas. Ahora bien, hay algo interesante en esta serie, y era una de las cosas que yo más esperaba dentro de la misma.
Well we already know that Elite will have a new season very soon, and surely many people have no desire to watch it after the bitterness of its last two seasons. Now, something is interesting in this series, and it was one of the things I was looking forward to the most.
A estos le han llamado "historias cortas", y debo recalcar una vez más que si esto hubiese estado en la serie principal hubiese sido muchísimo mejor, o más menos amargo de lo que fue.
These have been called "short stories", and I must stress once again that if this had been in the main series it would have been a hell of a lot better, or less bitter than it was.
Más historia, eso era lo que le faltaba esta serie, y debo decir que estos cortos me han gustado mucho más que la serie en si, porque da a conocer un poco más sobre los personajes, algo alejado de la rutina de las drogas y el sexo.
More story, that was what this series was missing, and I must say that I liked these short stories much more than the series itself, because it gives you to know a bit more about the characters, something away from the routine of drugs and sex.
Por ahora solo he visto tres de estar cuatro historias cortas, seguramente luego de terminar esta reseña voy a mirar la última porque de verdad que me da ha dado gusto, y algunos muchos están de acuerdo conmigo.
So far I have only seen three of these four short stories, surely after finishing this review I will watch the last one because I really liked it, and some many agree with me.
La historia de Carla y Samuel fue el primero que vi, pues es una historia de amor interesante, dado que nos hace pensar que un rico no puede estar al lado de un pobre a pesar de que se amen, sin embargo aquí se ven muchas cosas interesantes que deben darse en pareja y que da a entender las razones por las cuales no terminaron juntos.
The story of Carla and Samuel was the first one I saw because it is an interesting love story since it makes us think that a rich man can not be next to a poor man even though they love each other, however here we see many interesting things that should happen in a couple and that gives to understand the reasons why they did not end up together.
Una de las cosas importantes y principal de una relación es sentirse bien consigo mismo al estar al lado de una persona. Si bien el amor puede permitirlo todo, hay costumbres en el transcurso de nuestras vidas que nos llevan a crear nuestras personalidades, algo que no se puede cambiar de la noche a la mañana, incluso, que no se pueden cambiar en absoluto.
One of the most important and main things in a relationship is to feel good about yourself being next to a person. While love can allow everything, there are habits in the course of our lives that lead us to create our personalities, something that can not be changed overnight, even, that can not be changed at all.
Esto fue lo que paso en esta pareja, a pesar de que se amaban, se atraían e incluso lo intentaron por varias semanas, se dieron cuenta que vivían distintas vidas y que no estaban dispuesto ninguno de los dos a cambiar, y es interesante que se recalque que eso fue lo que llevó a que se enamoraran, sus distintas vidas, sin embargo, tuvieron que despedirse y aceptar la realidad.
This is what happened to this couple, even though they loved each other, were attracted to each other and even tried for several weeks, they realized that they lived different lives and that neither of them was willing to change, and it is interesting that it is emphasized that this is what led them to fall in love, their different lives, however, they had to say goodbye and accept reality.
La historia corta de Omar, Ander y Alexis es uno de los que más toca corazones, esta vez se olvidaron del drama gay, todo lo contrario, tocaron la fibra de los corazones de las personas al darle más protagonismo a Alexis un paciente con una enfermedad terminal que se vuelve una pieza clave en la relación de Ander y Omar.
The short story of Omar, Ander, and Alexis is one of the most heart touching, this time they forgot the gay drama, on the contrary, they touched the fiber of people's hearts by giving more prominence to Alexis a patient with a terminal illness who becomes a key piece in Ander and Omar's relationship.
Todos los capítulos son interesantes, te muestra un lado crudo de cómo se puede sentir alguien sin esperanzas, pero también las cosas que desea hacer para no morir de una forma tan triste. Básicamente el lema acá es que las personas que viven, deben hacer eso, y que las personas que van a morir, deben vivir de la manera que quieren por ese corto tiempo, eso aun cuando no quieran estar al lado de ciertas personas para no hacerle daño.
All the chapters are interesting, it shows you a raw side of how someone without hope can feel, but also the things they want to do to not die in such a sad way. Basically, the motto here is that people who live, should do that and that people who are going to die, should live the way they want to live for that short time, even if they don't want to be around certain people so as not to hurt them.
Nunca he estado en esa posición, pero supongo que lo que menos queremos es ver sufrir a las personas que queremos por nuestra sentencia de muerte, más bien quisiéramos todo lo contrario.
I have never been in that position, but I guess the last thing we want is to see the people we love suffer because of our death sentence, we would rather want the opposite.
Otras de las cosas que me ha encantado de esta historia corta, y por la cual la he hecho mi favorita, es el hecho de cómo si siente Ander ante dicha situación, de una forma se muestra agradecido por la segunda vida que tiene al ser sobreviviente de cáncer, y por otro lado muestra culpabilidad por sus errores, sintiendo que él no tiene el derecho de esa oportunidad, sino más bien otras personas a su alrededor.
Other things that I loved about this short story, and why I have made it my favorite, is the fact of how Ander feels about this situation, in one way he is grateful for the second life he has as a cancer survivor, and on the other hand, he shows guilt for his mistakes, feeling that he doesn't have the right to this opportunity, but rather other people around him.
Es realmente interesante como llevaron esta historia corta, y el final tan nostalgico que le dio un valor agregado a todo esto.
It's really interesting how they handled this short story and the nostalgic ending that added value to it all.
