It's been 20 years since I've seen it. All I know that it was by zach braff, I enjoyed it at the time and the music was also great. Not sure if it holds up though, it by no means has a status of a cult film that too many know.

The music was a big part of it as well, it was perfect for whatever mood they were trying to set especially the parts that were meant to make you feel a bit sad or sympathetic.
