This is what the director and her team show with great skill, through the graph of the world she wants to discover. A world where everything can be done with a certain degree of decision. For, at the end of the day. Nomadland is redemption for those of us who accept the form and that is precisely why it is a key reference to understand the passing of life.

En la época dorada del cine, las producciones se medían no por su valía elitista, más bien, por el dominó práctico. Es decir, por la forma de venta y producción en masa. Es bien sabido que la figuración que tiene el cine sobre la sociedad es algo bastante exasperante, mucho más que los viajes de Tom Hanks.
En este sentido la unidad de temáticas inclusivas se han vuelto el quehacer cotidiano de la industria del cine, es decir, entre más temática parcializada mejor. Esto ha llamado mi atención últimamente. ¿Cuántos colores deben tener una producción para que sea socialmente aceptada en esta época? Verdaderamente, pienso que todos y ninguno. El cine es algo más, por ello, llamó mi atención un título de los nominados en este año. El caso puntual del que hablo es Nomadland de Chloé Zhao.
Es decir, Nomadland tiene todo y la vez es una sola cosa, libertad. Este film nos muestra la visión de una sociedad fuera de los estándares de clase. Manteniéndonos en una constante sobre las decisiones primarias que mantiene a una persona al borde la vida. Los personajes no están jugando a ser felices, están en una búsqueda exacerbada sobre lo que en verdad es importante para vivir.
Cada palabra, cada plano, cada movimiento de cámara, tienen esa presión onírica del mundo que es visto desde la costumbre de que todos tenemos que tener casa, dinero y familia para encontrarnos en un punto cerrado y morir. La decisión de la protagonista, se reduce a ser alguien por sí misma. No siguiendo los aparatejos de la sociedad, sobre el cómo debe vivir su vida.
Aquellas decisiones la golpean y la mantienen en una disyuntiva sentimental. Pues, es el poder del recuerdo, el amor y la cadencia de seguir viviendo. Lo que mantiene su presencia en cada amanecer. Es lo que muestra con gran pericia la directora y su equipo, mediante la grafía del mundo que quiere descubrir. El mundo donde todo puede hacerse con cierto grado de decisión. Pues, al fin y al cabo. Nomadland es la redención para los que nos aceptamos la forma y es precisamente por ello que es una referencia clave para entender el pasar de la vida.
