The clocehitch killer || Reseña y opinión
Un padre ejemplar, el esposo perfecto, un devoto religioso o un lÃder comunitario podrÃa ser el asesino serial que acecha tu comunidad, y nunca ser descubierto. El asesino del nudo es una pelÃcula de suspenso inspirada en un verdadero asesino serial de los Estados Unidos conocido como BTK, esta historia inicia con un pequeño tributo a las vÃctimas de estos crÃmenes, todas jóvenes mujeres que fueron atadas, torturadas y estranguladas.
Tyler es un joven adolescente que vive con sus padres, su familia es muy religiosa y su padre Don muy estricto en este tema; sin embargo, es buen lÃder y le permite a su hijo algunos beneficios para su edad, como prestarle su auto. Un dÃa Tyler sale a cortejar a una chica, pero dentro de la camioneta encuentran un pedazo de revista con imágenes sospechosas de una mujer, y debido a ese recorte la chica no quiso tener nada con Tyler y se corrió la voz en la escuela que era fetichista lo que hizo que sufriera acoso por este malentendido.
Perturbado por lo que le sucedÃa decidió buscar el origen de esa imagen y comenzó a indagar en las cosas que su padre mantenÃa en secreto, encontrando más de lo que hubiera imaginado, una cosa desencadenó otra hasta que pudo descubrir la verdadera personalidad de su padre, teniendo que tomar decisiones arriesgadas pero necesarias.
La pelÃcula se pone muy interesante a medida que avanza y el suspenso va creciendo con los minutos, no seguiré describiendo su argumento porque no quiero dar spoiler, pero sin duda es una pelÃcula que me hizo pensar muchas cosas, a veces creà que el hijo Tyler se estaba equivocando e injuriaba a su padre que era un hombre ejemplar, pero luego le daba la razón y justificaba sus acciones, porque no se puede vivir con dudas menos con desconfianza hacia tus padres.
Tuve mucho miedo por Tyler, porque sentÃa su angustia de no saber quién era su padre y más en descubrir algo que no querÃa. También me preocupa su vida, pero a ver los giros inesperados de la pelÃcula ya mi preocupación se enfoca en la amiga que lo ayudó a armar el rompecabezas.
La pelÃcula estuvo muy buena aunque su final me dejó muy desconcertada, y no me gustó cómo terminó, creo que pudieron darle un sentido reflexivo y que coincidiera más con el inicio, asà tendrÃa más congruencia, pero creo que la dirección quiso satisfacer el deseo de venganza tanto de las familias vÃctimas como de los espectadores que se sintieran heridos, fue tan extraño el final que tuve sentimientos encontrados entre risa, sorpresa, y molestia, todavÃa no sé como describir la sensación que me dejó, pero en lÃnea general me gustaron los aspectos del ambiente, vistas de comunidades tÃpicas de dónde sucedieron los hechos que inspiraron la historia, el vestuario estuvo acorde a la época y me encantó un elemento muy importante que le dio ese toque de originalidad, el uso de una cámara polaroid de fotos instantáneas.
Sin duda las pelÃculas que están basadas o inspiradas en hechos reales siempre serán impresionantes, y se quedarán por mucho tiempo en nuestra memoria. Si te gusta el género de estrés psicológico, suspenso y hechos reales te la recomiendo, no hay escenas sangrientas, todo el suspenso es basado en la angustia de su protagonista, el hijo protagonizado por Charlie Plummer como Tyler Burnside, Dylan McDermott como Don Burnside, este último actor seguro lo conoces de otras producciones.
An exemplary father, the perfect husband, a devout religious man or a community leader could be the serial killer stalking your community, and never be discovered. The Clochehitch Killer is a thriller inspired by a real serial killer in the United States known as BTK. The story begins with a small tribute to the victims of these crimes, all young women who were tied up, tortured, and strangled.
Tyler is a young teenager who lives with his parents. His family is very religious, and his father Don is very strict about this. However, he is a good leader and allows his son some privileges for his age, such as lending him his car. One day, Tyler goes out to court a girl, but inside the van they find a piece of a magazine with suspicious images of a woman. Because of that clipping, the girl wants nothing to do with Tyler, and word spreads at school that he is a fetishist, causing him to suffer harassment due to this misunderstanding.
Disturbed by what was happening to him, he decided to search for the origin of that image and began to investigate the things his father kept secret, finding more than he could have imagined. One thing led to another until he was able to discover his father's true personality, having to make risky but necessary decisions.
The film gets very interesting as it progresses and the suspense grows with each passing minute. I won't describe the plot any further because I don't want to give away any spoilers, but it is certainly a film that made me think about many things. At times, I believed that Tyler was mistaken and was unfairly criticising his father, who was an exemplary man, but then I agreed with him and justified his actions, because one cannot live with doubts, let alone mistrust, towards one's parents.
I was very afraid for Tyler because I felt his anguish at not knowing who his father was and even more so at discovering something he did not want to know. I am also concerned about his life, but seeing the unexpected twists and turns in the film, my concern now focuses on the friend who helped him piece together the puzzle.
The film was very good, although the ending left me very confused, and I did not like how it ended. I think they could have given it a more reflective meaning that coincided more with the beginning, so it would have been more consistent, but I think the director wanted to satisfy the desire for revenge of both the victim's families and the viewers who felt hurt. The ending was so strange that I had mixed feelings of laughter, surprise, and annoyance. I still don't know how to describe the feeling it left me with, but overall I liked the aspects of the atmosphere, the views of typical communities where the events that inspired the story took place, the costumes were in keeping with the period, and I loved a very important element that gave it that touch of originality: the use of a Polaroid instant camera.
Without a doubt, films based on or inspired by real events will always be impressive and will remain in our memory for a long time. If you like psychological thrillers, suspense and true stories, I recommend it. There are no bloody scenes; all the suspense is based on the anguish of the protagonist, the son played by Charlie Plummer as Tyler Burnside, and Dylan McDermott as Don Burnside, whom you will surely recognise from other productions.

Si amiga, puede ser perturbador, pero como dices hay que buscarle el sentido a no confiar mucho, concuerdo contigo además que las peliculas basadas en hechos reales son impresionantes, más aun saber que pudo haber sido más crudo de lo que se ve. me gusta estos tipos de pelÃcula, pero solo para verlas en compañia, me impresionan mucho.
Si son fuertes, y no son para todo el mundo. Encontrar la verdad siempre será dolororo pero es mejor que vivir engañado.
