Lately on the facebook platform, curiously I have seen both trailers and short clips, of the film that I will talk about today and that at first instance when I saw such videos on the platform, I was surprised and called my attention greatly, the contrast to what it seemed at first glance, but hid a very cruel and above all dangerous background, which prompted me today to give it a chance and see the film and taking advantage of the fact that today I had nothing important to do, I wanted to take advantage of the time and give it such an opportunity, so I went with the idea of not generating any kind of expectations, and at the end of watching it I must say that I really liked it in every way, I must also add that both the producers and director in charge as well as all the workers involved in this film risked a lot, but for me personally it was worth it.
It is a film that at first instance and as I mentioned superficially at the beginning of this introduction, shows a contrast or a contradiction of what it is at first instance, along with an environment that shows tenderness, or cuteness or beauty as you want to say, but as the plot develops and follows we see that there is a completely dangerous background, with an extreme religious fanaticism, resentment, hatred, jealousy and envy, hatred, jealousy and envy in many ways, and on the other hand shows the opposite a feeling of duty to the environment or nature from an ecological point of view and in search of balance, but I'll talk about these points later and why for me in its own way this movie was so great and shows the clear example of not judging a book by its cover, so this time is bring to Unicorn Wars.
Últimamente en la plataforma de facebook, curiosamente me ha salido tanto trailers como clips cortos, de la película que les hablare el día de hoy y que a primera instancia cuando veía ese tipo de videos en dicha plataforma, me sorprendió y llamo mi atención enormemente, el contraste a lo que parecía a primera instancia, pero ocultaba un trasfondo muy cruel y sobre todo peligroso, lo que me impulso el día de hoy a darle una oportunidad y ver dicha película y aprovechando que hoy no tenía nada importante que hacer, quería aprovechar el tiempo y darle tal oportunidad, así que fui con la idea de no generarme ningún tipo de expectativas, y al culminar de verla debo decir que realmente me gusto en todos los sentidos, también debo añadir que tanto los productores y director encargado así como todos los trabajadores involucrados, en este largometraje se arriesgaron bastante, pero para mí en lo personal valió la pena.
Es una película que a primera instancia y como ya mencione superficialmente al comienzo de esta introducción, muestra un contraste o una contradicción de lo que es a primera instancia, junto a un ambiente que demuestra ternura, o lindura o belleza como le quieran decir, pero a medida de que la trama se desarrolla y sigue vemos que hay un trasfondo completamente peligroso, con un extremo fanatismo religioso, rencor, odio, celos y envidia en muchos sentidos, y por otra parte se muestra lo opuesto un sentimiento de deber al ambiente o la naturaleza desde un punto de vista ecológico y en búsqueda de balance, pero ya hablare de estos puntos más adelante y el porqué para mí a su manera esta película fue tan genial y demuestra el claro, ejemplo de no juzgar un libro por su portada, así que esta vez es traigo a Unicorn Wars.

Synopsis / Sinopsis
The plot focuses on the life of two bear brothers, which are doing military service, in order to confront a race called the race of unicorns, which are immersed deep in the forest, such brothers as well as much of the platoon are indoctrinated religiously, is from such confrontations and experiences between the two and in general that things will take a greater weight and murky and significant as the story unfolds.
La trama se centra en la vida de dos hermanos osos, los cuales se encuentran cumpliendo un servicio militar, con la finalidad de enfrentarse a una raza llamada la raza de los unicornios, los cuales están inmersos en lo profundo del bosque, tales hermanos así como gran parte del pelotón están adoctrinados de manera religiosa, es a partir de este tipo de confrontaciones y experiencias entre ambos y en general que las cosas tomaran un peso mayor y turbio así como significativo a medida de que se desarrolla la historia.

The concept or the idea itself of creating a completely veiled, malicious, cruel and negative environment, among other points, fused with tender creatures of which at first glance, the first or last thing that would cross our minds is that they develop or act like that, both on the part of the bears and unicorns is a concept that I liked quite a lot. I can see reflected before the direction of this feature film, several inspirations set to war movies mainly or those focused with a strong and extremist indoctrination, movies like Full metal jacket, rescuing Private Ryan, etc, are a good reference and inspiration at this point, well for me it was certainly so, and we can notice this gradually as the plot unfolds, the idea of fighting and exterminating the unicorns by the group of bears and their behaviors and indoctrination, are points that caught my attention as a viewer because all this is curiously also influenced by a religious aspect and a fanaticism that moves such actions driven in turn by hatred, but besides this there are other issues that are worth noting.
The interactions of the main characters in this play, which are two brothers, who were recruited to this camp with the intention of preparing to fight against the unicorns, as the play unfolds we can see the complete difference between their nature and personality, one is more gentle and kind and although things go wrong for him, he still retains that degree of love and kindness the other is more determined, cruel, envious and above all fragile and impulsive but despite this shows a genuine but sadly twisted affection for his brother, the interactions at this point by both in this environment so dangerous and cruel, will show us a difference in perspective to many situations and for me both brothers are the soul of the work especially in the purpose of the film, a contrast between the two that is worth appreciating. On the other hand the environment set to the unicorns shows us the opposite of the bears, they are mystical or magical creatures that play a role of protection and balance for the environment, certainly a big difference between one side and the other while some are moved by hatred towards a foreign species the others have a broader and more important approach. Despite these differences, however, one specific brother will show that in this cruel place there is also room for understanding and love.
The animation is well elaborated and presented, it focuses on the essential and does not close or censorship especially when violent scenes or confrontations happen, in this points set to combat and death as well as the graphics as a result of this, is well presented I like how it is played by this part and in general, it shows a good coloring linked to the animation and what represents it is not bad at this point I personally have no complaints, it is simple but well crafted and when emphasis is placed on visually strong details are given very well.
In relation to the plot and as I mentioned before, it focuses on the interaction and survival of two brothers, which despite being completely different, also have other personal points which they have to solve, in a world in which they are preparing for a war with several interesting subjects showing a reflection of that world, the plot at that point and in addition to its apparent visual contradiction with what it shows at first instance make it stand out more than anything in terms of creativity itself, for this part I have no complaints.
The truth is that it is a film that I recommend and I suggest that if you decide to see it, do not watch it with minors or very young children, as there is strong content in between and something questionable between religious fanaticism, faith, hatred and connotations or light sexual jokes, and issues related to unfruitful marriage although what has more weight is envy and ignorance, you will see what I mean when you see it. El concepto o la idea en sí de crear un ambiente completamente velico, malicioso, cruel y negativo entre otros puntos, fusionado con tiernas criaturas de las cuales a primera instancia, lo primero o ultimo que se nos pasaría por la cabeza es que se desenvolvieran o actuaran así, tanto por parte de los ositos y los unicornios es un concepto que me gusto bastante. Puedo ver reflejado ante la dirección de este largometraje, varias inspiraciones fijadas a películas de guerra principalmente o aquellas enfocadas con un adoctrinamiento fuerte y extremista, películas como Full metal jacket, rescatando al soldado Ryan, etc, son una buena referencia eh inspiración en este punto, bueno para mi ciertamente fue así, y podemos notar esto paulatinamente a medida de que la trama se desenvuelve, la idea de luchar y exterminar a los unicornios por parte del grupo de los ositos y sus conductas y adoctrinamiento, son puntos que me llamaron mucho la atención como espectador ya que todo esto curiosamente se ve también influenciado por un aspecto religioso y un fanatismo que mueve dichas acciones impulsados a su vez por el odio, pero además de esto hay otros temas que valen la pena acotar.
Las interacciones de los protagonistas que ocupan esta obra, de los cuales son dos hermanos, que fueron reclutados a este campamento con la intensión de preparase para luchar contra los unicornios, a medida en que la obra se desenvuelve podemos ver la completa diferencia entre naturaleza y personalidad de ellos, uno es más amable y bondadoso y a pesar de que las cosas vayan mal para él, aún conserva ese grado de amor y bondad el otro es mas decidido, cruel, envidioso y sobre todo frágil eh impulsivo pero a pesar de esto muestra un cariño autentico pero tristemente retorcido por su hermano, las interacciones en este punto por parte de ambos en este ambiente tan peligroso y cruel, nos mostrara una diferencia de perspectiva ante muchas situaciones y para mi ambos hermanos son el alma de la obra en especial en la finalidad de la película, un contraste entre ambos que vale la pena apreciar. Por otra parte el ambiente fijado a los unicornios nos muestra lo contrario a lo de los osos, son criaturas místicas o mágicas que cumplen un papel de protección y equilibrio para el medio ambiente, ciertamente una gran diferencia entre un bando y otro mientras unos se mueven por odio hacia una especie ajena los otros tienen un enfoque más amplio eh importante. Aunque a pesar de estas diferencias un hermano en especifico mostrara que en este cruel lugar también hay espacio para la comprensión y el amor.
La animación esta bien elaborada y presentada, se enfoca en lo esencial y no se cierra o censura en especial cuando pasan escenas o enfrentamientos violentos, en este puntos fijado al combate y la muerte así como a lo grafico como resultado de esto, esta bien presentado me gusta cómo se juega por esta parte y en general, se nota una buen coloreado vinculado a la animación y lo que le representa no está nada mal en este punto yo en lo personal no tengo ninguna queja, es simple pero bien elaborado y cuando se hace énfasis en detalles visualmente fuertes se les da muy bien.
Con relación a la trama y como ya mencione antes, pues se centra en la interacción y supervivencia de dos hermanos, los cuales a pesar de ser completamente diferentes, también tienen otros puntos personales de los cuales tienen que resolver, en un mundo en el cual están preparándose para una guerra con varias sujetos interesantes mostrando un reflejo de dicho mundo, la trama en ese punto y además de su aparente contradicción visual con lo que muestra a primera instancia hacen, que sobresalga más que nada en términos de creatividad en si, por esta parte no tengo quejas.
La verdad es que es una película que les recomiendo y les sugiero que si en tal caso deciden verla, no la vean con menores de edad o chicos muy pequeños, ya que hay contenido fuerte de por medio y algo cuestionable entre el fanatismo religioso, la fe, el odio y connotaciones o chistes sexuales ligeros, y temas vinculados al matrimonio infructífero aunque lo que tiene más peso es la envidia y la ignorancia ya verán a lo que me refiero cuando lo vean. La portada llama la atención pero a primera vista parece una película para niños. Gracias por traer a acotación esta reseña, yo que soy padre sueño estar muy atento en lo que mis hijos van a ver, por lo general veo con ellos pero está me animaré a verla solo, honestamente llamo mi atención.
