This is a show that has been really hyped and advertised by Netflix but I don't think the anime fans as delighted by it. I'm not a fan of the anime but I agree with the argument that not every anime or animation needs a live action adaptation. There have been several attempts to make adaptations of other anime but it never turns out well.
Well, in the case of One Piece, I think it may be better given that they can learn from where others made mistakes. Also, I think that those of us who know so little about the anime may enjoy it better than the fans would.
