Correct. This one is for 60 days. A new one would be created when it expires on a yearly basis as covered in the post.

It is 100 HBD a day. This proposal is a test for support and covers 60 days. There would be a yearly one setup when this one is near expiration.
Gotcha, its still cheap for what it is, and over a year, the anti abuse measures of this will definitely pay itself off. Will adjust my initial comment. Thank you for the clarification.
