They hosts many events like live music, art shows, and workshops. It's a center for the alternative scene in Ljubljana, perfect for free spirits artists. It shows how grassroots efforts and creativity can transform urban areas. I have so many good memories of this place ☺️
It did have a very cool "vibe" once you walked into the area. Not for everyone, but very cool! I looked up the website and saw all the events that are upcoming - wish we could have stayed for a couple of them!!!
I studied in Ljubljana, and the best concerts were always at Metelkova. It was great to hear music from artists who are not well known to the world. If you ever back to Slovenia you need definitely visit some concerts;)
