I'm pretty lucky in so far as the clothes I wore when I was 19 or 20 would still fit me now. 32/32 jeans or trousers and medium or large t shirt or shirt depending on brand. That's pretty handy and I have loads of clothes as a result, probably too many! I should really give more to charity shops.
