Sounds interesting but I don't want CBDCs. These are the end to freedom as we know it because it's not just about replacing fiat currency but being part of a more complex system that's designed to restrict human rights and freedoms and put more control in the hands of centralized governments.

This is true. There's a argument that CBDCs will have validation, which means, they can literally program exactly what you are allowed to rebate them for. You could have a million CBDC and be told you cannot buy a bigger house, a nicer car or move to a different neighborhood. You can only pay your rent, buy your food and clothes, and pay your bills. Total control of transaction and class status.

Exactly. This is what many are missing on these things.
