The only long time habit I had was to fast one day a week for one year. Nothing above that. I was engaged in your 30 days writing challenge some decades ago on Steem.

Well, some of these long term habits are useful, like morning yoga and journaling, for instance. Smoking, on the other side, although also a long term habit, wasn't, so I quit 15 years ago.
If you can do a few 30 days challenges, it will get better.
