I doubt PayPal will be able to help you through BTC in that regard. Have you tried Revolut?

If they market it as a cross-currency payment option with cheaper conversion fees, then it could be great. But that depends on how PayPal view bitcoin.
Naa, I've never heard of Revolut. PayPal is something you just have to use in order to accept payments because everyone has it.
