To some extent "this time" is indeed different. That doesn't mean we won't have a bear market, but much of the goodies and development we have right now we didn't had in 2017. Just look at Hive. Price wise also many alts haven't even reached their previous ATHs.

There's always subtle differences and I do agree... A lot of alts are nowhere near their growth potential. Something I've been watching really closely. If some of these alts hit their ATH in satoshi's were going to see some face melting gains and face melting market caps!
