https://telos.alcor.exchange is where you can create and list tokens for cheaper anyway
https://app.telos.net/trails/treasuries lets u create a treasury token for 500 telos but https://vapaee.io lets you make a token for FREE and soon alcor will let you pay few hundred telos to create a token and list and maybe send to WPS
