Depends, if you would have 100K+ HP you would definitely see a difference :)
The 100K was just an example.
Don´t understand the rest.
Lowering curation rewards back to 25% will most certainly bring vote selling back, however.
@peakd has already implemented ads in a transparent and fair way that's a win-win situation for both the advertisers and the Hive community at large. Vote selling could work if posts that buy votes are marked clearly as "paid advertisements" on front-ends.
