I'd vote yes with one tiny change - use the market value of DEC, not the peg price.

I'm still voting no. I don't think your idea would work with DEC being worth differently depending on what product you buy (Riftwatchers or Chaos Packs). Then again, I'm not technical so maybe it's possible.
