You bring up great points, although I would argue that abundant money is already here. So many projects launch tokens which have utility/value as good as the developers can promise and deliver. We're currently in the age of a bunch of scams and low quality projects that die whenever there is a market downturn, but it's still early days and projects that can thrive will continue to live on through the next few cycles. Look at ETH and BNB as examples, even Hive to a smaller extent. What will be the projects that maintain and thrive? We'll have to wait and see how well they ride out the current bear market.
