Rounding off my journey with the new company EDIO, excitement bubbled within as I anticipated food service for this leg of my trip. Immediately, the freshness of the new train's environment struck me. Here, I pre-ordered a meal, showcasing the upside of a competitive landscape enhancing the passenger experience.
From delectable stewed pork cheeks to fresh bread, the food remained a high point of service throughout the ride. The Wi-Fi connection proved to be seamless, which certainly elevated the whole experience.
