Part 2/8:
Our adventure began in Edinburgh, the vibrant capital of Scotland. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a sense of history and excitement. One must-see in Edinburgh is the Royal Mile—a historic route lined with shops, eateries, and stunning architecture, extending from the formidable Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
As we strolled down the Royal Mile, we stumbled upon The Elephant House, famously dubbed the birthplace of Harry Potter, where J.K. Rowling penned her early novels. Paired with a visit to local pubs, including the storied Deacon Brodie’s Tavern, we enjoyed the city’s charismatic atmosphere while sampling fine Scotch.
