Part 4/9:
From day one, I made a commitment to stay accountable. I introduced systems, such as tracking my water intake, which I monitored meticulously throughout the day. Little by little, I noticed changes in my mindset and energy levels. Even though some tasks felt overwhelming—especially on workdays where the commute lasted over three hours—I stayed focused and adhered to the plan.
Weeks of Progress
By the end of the first week, I had lost over five pounds. It was exhilarating; progress was being made. Keeping my meals clean and planning ahead made each challenge more manageable. Weekly weigh-ins and reflections on my progress kept my spirits high.
