The Reality of Hunger
It’s important to note that feeling hungry does not always equate to being in a caloric deficit. With ultra-processed foods, you can still overconsume calories while feeling unsatisfied. Conversely, whole foods tend to be less calorie-dense, allowing for larger portions and greater satisfaction while maintaining a calorie deficit.
A slight sense of hunger can be normal while trying to lose weight; it’s not necessary to feel full at the end of each day.
