Part 8/10:
While the preceding Captain America films have been successful and influential, Brave New World can hardly hold its head high amongst them. Despite the enduring talent associated with the film, the end result feels akin to a TV movie that does not live up to the standards set by the earlier films in the franchise. The year began with this film as a significant release, yet it disappoints fans expecting engaging storytelling and rich character arcs.
