Part 3/11:
Today, child care has become prohibitively expensive, sometimes exceeding rent costs for many working families. This expense has led to a staggering economic burden, estimated at over $122 billion annually for parents. In response to this mounting crisis, South Korea plans to introduce a monthly child care allowance of approximately $530 starting next year. Recognizing the looming threat of population collapse, particularly in South Korea, this initiative aims to make parenting a more appealing prospect for women.
