One of the most significant revelations of my journey has been the effect of exercise on my condition. For years, medication was the primary method for managing Parkinson's, but more recently, it has been recognized that exercise is paramount.

Exercise releases endorphins—chemicals in the body that contribute to feeling good. These endorphins promote the release of dopamine, which is often deficient in those with Parkinson’s. Regular physical activity has noticeably improved my wellbeing, giving me an alternative to medications and enhancing my quality of life.
