Developing a structure was vital due to my previous inconsistency. I recognized that making three videos each week was ambitious, especially given my previous output. To tackle this challenge, I created a framework for my videos that included a short, engaging intro, a middle section demonstrating helpful content, and a succinct outro. This formula would not only keep my content uniform but would also make the production process smoother.
To retain viewer engagement, I kept intros under a minute long, using that time to announce topics, promote my live streams, and encourage subscriptions. The outro served a similar purpose: reinforcing the live stream awareness and promoting my other videos.
