Narva, a city in Estonia positioned right at the border with Russia, may not appear remarkable at first glance. However, a deeper look reveals it to be perhaps the most Russian city in the European Union. Situated on the banks of the Narva River, directly across from the Russian town of Ivangorod, this city has a culturally rich yet complex heritage shaped significantly by its proximity to Russia.
