Ultimately, despite the inherent tumult, teams continue to engage in Agile methodologies. Described metaphorically, Agile feels much like a toxic relationship—full of ups and downs, chaos and confusion, yet retaining an inexplicable allure that keeps individuals coming back for more.
As we navigate through these turbulent waters, we sometimes wonder if the Agile system really is the best option. With a begrudging acceptance, one might concede that, perhaps, Agile is still a step up from the Waterfall method.
