Part 8/9:
By the end of January, I achieved a new milestone at 80.4 kg from an initial 86.6 kg—yielding nearly a stone lost in roughly eight weeks. Visually, the changes were noticeable; my muscles were clearer, and I achieved a better physique.
Looking Ahead: The Next Phase of My Journey
As I transitioned into February, I recalibrated by narrowing my fasting window to 18 hours and continuing my workout regimen. Additionally, realigning my food intake in anticipation of upcoming events became necessary, as I aimed to maintain energy while participating in more frequent challenges.
The journey may not conclude with a definitive weight loss target. Instead, it’s about building a sustainable lifestyle that allows for health, fitness, and enjoyment.
