I eliminated processed foods, dairy, and alcohol entirely, the latter being a strict no-no in the program. My approach was straightforward: pick foods I enjoyed that adhered to these guidelines, without the hassle of counting calories.

Rule 2: Drink One Gallon of Water Per Day
Hydration is the next cornerstone of the challenge, requiring participants to drink one gallon of water each day. To simplify this rule, I purchased a large gallon jug. Each night, I would fill the jug and refrigerate it for easy access the next day.
