The challenges we face on the field are multifaceted. We recently achieved our first promotion last season, advancing from the county league to the regional league, marking a significant jump from the sixth to the fifth tier of professional football. The heightened level of competition is a stark contrast to what we were used to, which poses an additional hurdle for our players. Furthermore, many of our athletes are grappling with personal challenges that interfere with their ability to train, perform, and even arrive at practices on time, leading to a broader impact on the team’s performance.
