One of the most surprising realizations post-workshop was about the Pareto Principle, which posits that 80% of results come from 20% of efforts. I examined my profits in relation to my time investment and found that a negligible percentage of my time devoted to consulting yielded the majority of my income, while other pursuits absorbed excessive time with minimal returns.
This data-driven analysis served as a significant wake-up call and further reinforced the idea that my consulting work was not just another revenue stream but a cornerstone of my business's profitability.
