One product boasting 5-star reviews and promising substantial results was the arm blaster. After trying to lift my normal dumbbell weight, I quickly realized it made the exercise much tougher. It was a humbling experience that ended up with me downgrading the weights used. Nevertheless, the arm blaster was comfortable and effective, earning its place in the cash category.
The High-End Comparison: Leather Lever Belt
The most expensive item I encountered was a leather lever belt, marketed as outstanding in quality. Paired with some heel-elevating blocks—simple styrofoam in essence—I tested both items under weight to assess their effectiveness. While the lever belt impressed me, the less stable blocks did not earn a passing grade due to safety concerns.
